Free prepaid return labels apply to orders within the USA. Outside the USA, orders are final sale — except in the EU and UK, where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies.

No hammock seat fits every stroller. That's exactly why trying ours costs you nothing — 30 days, a prepaid label, and a full refund if it isn't right.

How it works

1. Email Hi@StrollerSling.com within 30 days of delivery. A real person reads it — usually Tiffany, who founded the company, or Matt.
2. We send a prepaid label. For US orders you don't pay for return shipping, and you never need the original box.
3. Drop it off and we refund you in full. Back to your original payment method.

Before you return it, one thing worth trying

Most returns we see aren't "this doesn't work" — they're "this doesn't fit quite right on my stroller." Those are usually solvable in about two minutes.

Message us first and tell us your stroller model. We'll often send free extension clips, or walk you through a small adjustment that fixes the fit. It costs you nothing either way, and it's a much better outcome than shipping it back.

You still have the full 30 days if it turns out not to be right.

Swapping Classic for All-Weather

Ordered the Classic and realised you want the breathable All-Weather for summer? Or the other way round? Email us and we'll arrange the swap within the same 30-day window. There's no restocking fee — just a one-time $15 charge that covers sending your original back and shipping the replacement out.

If you'd rather not pay it, you can always return your order free and place a new one instead. Same result, your choice.

Do I have to pay return shipping?
Not within the USA — we send you a prepaid label.

No. Return it in whatever you have.

How long do I have?
30 days from the day it's delivered.

Can I actually try it on my stroller first?
Yes — that's the entire point. Clip it on, take it out for a walk, see how your child sits in it. Normal trial use doesn't affect your return. We just ask that it comes back in like-new condition, so we can't accept something soiled or damaged, or that's clearly had a month of daily use.

Do you accept international returns?
Outside the USA, orders are final sale. The exception is the EU and UK, where you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel — email Hi@StrollerSling.com and we'll guide you through it. Return shipping outside the USA is the customer's responsibility. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us regardless — we look at those case by case.

What if it doesn't fit my stroller?
Message us before returning. Free extension clips or a quick adjustment solve most fit issues. If it's genuinely not compatible, US customers return it free — and we'd rather you told us the model so we can add it to our compatibility list for the next family.

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes, within the same 30 days, with a one-time $15 charge for the two-way shipping.
