Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

United States

Full refunds are available any time before your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free within the USA — we email you a prepaid return label.

Condition. Items must be returned in like-new condition. You are welcome to attach The Stroller Sling to your stroller and try it with your child — that is the entire point of a 30-day trial, and normal trial use does not void your return. Original packaging is not required. We cannot accept items that are soiled, damaged, or show signs of extended use beyond a reasonable trial.

How to start a return. Email hi@strollersling.com or complete our return request form. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will email you a prepaid label with instructions on where to send it.

Return address. The correct return address is printed on the prepaid label we email you, and varies depending on the carrier we route your return through. Please use the label we provide rather than arranging your own shipping — returns sent to an address you find elsewhere may not reach us, which delays your refund.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at hi@strollersling.com.

Exchanges. Exchanges — for example swapping the Classic for the All-Weather Edition — are available within the same 30-day window. There is no restocking fee. A one-time $15 charge applies, covering return shipping of the original item and delivery of the replacement. If you would prefer not to pay the exchange charge, you may return your order free of charge and place a new order instead.

European Union and United Kingdom

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Email hi@strollersling.com and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping outside the USA is the customer's responsibility.

All Other International Orders

For destinations outside the USA, the EU and the UK, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges, as international return shipping and customs charges are prohibitively expensive relative to the value of the item. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact hi@strollersling.com — we review these case by case and will not leave you without a resolution.

Shipping charges

International and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, even where the product itself is eligible for return.
