Stroller Sling™ – Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Stroller Sling™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to:

• Use our website only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
• Not place fraudulent, speculative, or abusive orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of misuse or fraud.

2. Product Information & Presentation

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Images, videos, and illustrations are for demonstration purposes only
• Colors, materials, or minor design details may vary
• Product photos or videos may depict previous versions and are not contractual

If you have questions about compatibility or use, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

3. Intended Use & Customer Responsibility

Stroller Sling™ is designed as a stroller accessory and must be used only as intended and only under continuous adult supervision.

By purchasing and using Stroller Sling™, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your child, stroller, environment, and circumstances
• Proper installation and secure attachment are required before every use
• The product must not be used on stairs, escalators, uneven terrain, while running, or in any unsafe conditions
• The product is not a replacement for age-appropriate walking readiness
• Use should be discontinued immediately if instability, damage, or improper fit is observed

Misuse of the product, or use contrary to the instructions provided, may result in injury and may render an item ineligible for return or refund.

4. Compatibility Disclaimer

Stroller designs vary widely.

• Compatibility information provided on our website or social media is community-sourced and not guaranteed
• Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to use
• Stroller Sling™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by stroller manufacturers

We are not responsible for incompatibility due to stroller design variations. If the product does not fit your stroller, contact us — free extension clips resolve most fit issues, and US customers may return the item under the policy in Section 7.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Limit quantities per customer

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Mainland US orders ship free and typically arrive within 2–4 business days
• International orders ship at a flat $10 rate, Delivery Duty Paid, and typically arrive within 7–12 business days depending on destination
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or external conditions
• Once an order is delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer

If a delivery provider cannot be secured, your order may be canceled and fully refunded.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which controls in the event of any conflict. In summary:

United States

• Free returns within 30 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label.
• Items must be returned in like-new condition. Trying the product on your stroller is expressly permitted and does not void your return.
• Original packaging is not required.
• Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window, with a one-time $15 charge covering two-way shipping. There is no restocking fee.

European Union & United Kingdom

• A statutory 14-day right to cancel applies from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in like-new condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

All other international destinations

• All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges outside the USA, EU and UK.

Not eligible for return

• Items that are soiled, damaged, or show signs of extended use beyond a reasonable trial
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Full refunds are available at any time before an order ships.

8. No Warranty

Stroller Sling™ products are sold “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

We do not offer repairs, replacements, or extended warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including personal injury, loss of use, or loss of enjoyment
• No compensation beyond a refund of the purchase price will be provided

By using Stroller Sling™, you assume all risks associated with its use. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, videos, branding, and product designs — is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Data Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers and are not stored by us.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to seek an informal resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered.
