What you need on your stroller

One thing, really: a horizontal push bar. The Sling attaches with a four-point system and six lockable carabiners, so if your handlebar runs straight across, you're almost certainly fine.

Put the two spare carabiners at the bottom and it clips on one-handed — which matters, because you're usually holding a toddler at the time. Or move them up top if your frame is easier to reach from above.

Turning a Vista into a triple

The Vista is the model people ask about most. With the Sling added behind the existing seats, you get a third riding spot for around $80 instead of several hundred for a purpose-built triple — and your stroller still folds the way it always did.

Common questions

Will it damage my stroller?
No. It attaches with velcro loops and carabiner-style hooks — no drilling, no clamps, no tools. It comes off in seconds and leaves nothing behind.

How much weight does it hold?
Up to 45 lbs, typically ages 1.5 to 5. Your child needs to sit upright independently. Always follow your stroller manufacturer's own weight limits too.

Does it fold with the stroller?
It rolls into itself with a built-in storage pocket, so it lives in your basket or on the handlebar between uses.

Is it approved by UPPAbaby or Bugaboo?
No. The Stroller Sling is an independent aftermarket accessory and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stroller brand. We test on real strollers and publish what we find.

What if it doesn't work on mine?
